- Alliance Française reserves the right to cancel a course when there is an insufficient number of students.
- In this event, existing student payments will be refunded.
- Course fees are not refundable or transferable if the student fails to complete a pre-paid course.

In case of severe weather conditions, classes may be cancelled. It will be up to the committee to decide whether to offer replacement
classes but no refund will be given.
- Books are required for most regular courses and Book Club. These are not included in the fees and should be purchased separately.

Students enrolling for 2 terms of any 16 week course will automatically become members of our association and be invited to our AGM.
