The visit includes a walk and talk tour through the gardens with breathtaking views, the main house, leading to the boathouse, famously
known as the inspiration for the crime scene in "Dead Man's Folly"!
The full tour will be in French, pricing includes the tour but not the admission as some of you may be members of National Trust already.
Practise your French in a relaxed 45 mins chat with fellow Alliance Française students! Short conversations, suggested topics, and no
pressure. Free and perfect for all levels. Join us!
How does it work? You will speak with other Alliance Française students from the United Kingdom in small groups for a very short period of
time, after which you will change discussion partners. We will provide you with suggested conversation starters for each session, but you
are free to talk about whatever you want (in French)! You will be mixed with students of the same level, and there will be no pressure to
speak quickly. Hope to see you there!
We will send you the Zoom link shortly before the event.
